Adventure Alley Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

By booking a birthday party at Adventure Alley, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

​

  • Book your birthday party in person or at (530) 645-7228 today!​

  • Party slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is shown at the time of booking.

  • A $100 fee will be charged for each additional hour beyond the scheduled party time.

 


2. Party Guidelines

​​

  • The maximum number of guests, both children and adults, is 35. 

  • Socks are required for anyone entering the play area. 

  • Outside food and drinks are allowed - all food must remain in the designated party area.

  • No alcohol, smoking, or vaping is permitted on the premises.



3. Facility Use & Clean-Up

​

  • Your party includes private use of the entire facility for your allotted time.

  • Party hosts are given 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after the scheduled party time for setup and cleanup. Additional time may result in a fee.

 


4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

  • Party bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $100. The balance is due before the start of the party

  • In the event of an emergency, parties can be rescheduled with 24 hour notice. 

  • No-shows or cancellations without notice will result in forfeiture of the payment.

 


5. Liability Waiver

​

  • All party guests must sign a liability waiver before entering the play area.

  • Adventure Alley is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

 


By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
